STAFF CHAPLAIN - PH Main - Full-Time Requisition Number: 23030 Location: NM - Albuquerque Type of Opportunity: Regular Full-Time FLSA Classification: EXEMPT Minimum Experience: 2 years Minimum Education: Masters Degree Shift: Varied * Ministers to PHS patients, their families, PHS staff and CPE students * Accepts and fulfills team and/or departmental responsibilities as assigned * Continues professional development of behavior based competencies in the delivery of pastoral care services * Fulfills continuing education/credentialing requirements to maintain ordination and certification * Ministers to PHS patients, their families, and PHS staff. * Accepts and fulfills team and/or departmental responsibilities as assigned. * Follows Code Blue procedures. * Performs accurate and timely charting. * Knows and observes Patient Rights. * Assists with Advance Directives. * Follows procedures at time of patient's death. * Cooperates in Organ Donor procedures.
